Both indicate that she has been punished for crimes that she either pleaded guilty to or pleaded no contest to. One resulted in an agreement to pay restitution in exchange for deferred prosecution of a crime for which she pleaded guilty, and the other resulted in probation. She insists that neither case makes her a "criminal" because her admissions of guilt resulted in deferred prosecutions on certain conditions, such as parole, mental health counseling, and payments.
