What does it take to become a First Amendment martyr? Just ask Bernie Sanders, who threatened Nexstar for not featuring Jimmy Kimmel while warning about government-dictated speech choices on US Senate letterhead. Duane and I have a few laughs over that, which are a few more than we've ever gotten from Kimmel. James Comey wants us to laud him as a martyr for unpoliticized and uncorrupt justice, which would surprise people who got entangled by Comey's Operation Crossfire Hurricane, not to mention Martha Stewart, whom Comey imprisoned on the same charge he now faces.
