Every ICE Target Is a Potential Oscar Winner

These performances are really getting to be something, and gracious goodness, doesn't a compliant media just love them

Today's contender for most pathetic victim of ICE cruelty is a twofer - an innocent domestic duo, out with the wee one for a drive when the unthinkable happened.

Check out the language the local Massachusetts news used about the Fitchburg immigration stop that turned into a spectacular sideshow.

A Fitchburg teenager was among several people who watched in horror as a man appeared to suffer a seizure while being forcibly removed from his car by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents during a chaotic arrest outside her home Thursday.

Witnessing what happened made me feel gross. I feel unsafe knowing ICE is around,” said Michele Devoe, 18. She’d been asleep in her bedroom on Thursday morning when her mother, Crystal Devoe, 46, woke her with a startling revelation.

ICE agents were outside on Kimball Street, her mother said — six or seven of them, confronting a man, a woman and their small child.

The Devoe women went to their front window and peered out to see a car stopped with half a dozen ICE agents “surrounding both the passenger and driver door, trying to get the adults out,” Michele Devoe recalled.

And, to be fair, the video is pretty gruesome on its face, which made it perfect for whipping up anti-ICE sentiment online.

It reminds of the scene in Blazing Saddles

So many neighbors rushed outside that Fitchburg police were called.

...Michele Devoe rushed downstairs to join the growing crowd outside at around 8:20 a.m., she said. Neighbors had gathered and some were filming, while others shouted at the ICE agents. Cars began to line up and block traffic.

By the time the Devoes joined the scene, officers from the Fitchburg Police Department had already been called twice to “keep the peace” — first at 7:10 a.m. and again at 8:03 a.m., reporting that a crowd was gathering at the scene and the agents were in danger.

It was characterized as a 'hostile arrest.' I have to admit that's the first time I've heard that phrase.

Are arrests supposed to be friendly?

In any event, I am sure you all will be shocked to know that the twitching subject who'd been driving before being grabbed by ICE officers  refused a thorough examination by the emergency personnel ICE called to the scene, and, miraculously, seemed to have had no lingering evidence of any sort of malady after his frightening 'seizure.'

But the question remained for the crowd - why on earth would ICE be terrorizing this little family trio? And those darned ICE agents wouldn't provide answers to any of the questions when the encircling neighbors demanded them.

...Crystal and Michele Devoe said that the local police officers and ICE agents at the scene did not appear to know the names of the people who were in the car, nor did they give a reason for her arrest.

“The guy kept saying there was a warrant out for [her], but he wouldn’t say what kind of warrant,” Crystal Devoe said.

Eventually, law enforcement arrested the woman as they'd intended to from the beginning, and allowed the man and child to leave.

...Tensions continued to boil over during the arrest, when an agent lashed back at the crowd. Fitchburg police officers remained positioned between the agents and the crowds, repeatedly telling concerned neighbors that they could not interfere in the arrest.

"I don’t care what your views are; it does not matter left or right. I don’t care," Beavers-Hatter said. "Human beings should have basic rights. It hurts my heart to see that."

At 8:57 a.m., the woman was taken into ICE custody, Fitchburg police said. Both the man and the child were allowed to leave the scene.

Per usual, the back story isn't quite as sympathetic as the news accounts and frantic eyewitnesses make it sound.

For one thing, the woman in the car who had the warrant is an illegal as, is her husband.

For another, she's a real peach.

Juliana Milena Ojeda-Montoya is accused of stabbing her coworkers with scissors in August, ICE says. She illegally entered the U.S. in Arizona during the Biden administration.

"Officers informed Ojeda-Montoya they had a warrant for her arrest and requested she give the child to her husband, Carlos Zapata Rivera. She refused until the moment her husband purported to have a medical episode. Her husband, also an illegal alien from Ecuador, refused medical help and displayed absolutely no signs of medical concerns just moments later. ICE called 911 but the illegal alien refused any medical care," ICE said in a statement.

Ms Ojeda-Montoya not only stabbed her co-worker twice - she threw a trash can at her, and she wound up arrested by local police.

...Juliana Milena Ojeda-Montoya, a criminal illegal alien from Ecuador was RELEASED into the country by the Biden administration in 2023. In August 2025, local police arrested this criminal illegal alien for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after she stabbed her co-worker twice with a pair of scissors and then threw a trash barrel at her.

The saintly immigrant Madonna of Massachusetts, she is not.

The husband pulled his version of 'I can't breathe' for the cameras.

But everyone in the neighborhood is 'so sad.' I'm not sure if they've been informed about Miss Running With Scissors.

These lurid reports of ICE rampages lurch from locale to locale. Two days ago, it was the 'beloved teacher dragged out of her school.'

When in fact she'd been the subject of a targeted vehicle stop, jumped out of the car, and ran to hide in a school.

...Officers attempted to conduct a targeted traffic stop of this female illegal alien from Colombia.

Officers attempted to pull over this vehicle, which was registered to a female illegal alien, with sirens and emergency lights, but the male driver refused to pull the vehicle over.

Law enforcement pursued the vehicle before the assailant sped into a shopping plaza where he and the female passenger fled the vehicle. They ran into a daycare and attempted to barricade themselves inside the daycare—recklessly endangering the children inside.

The illegal alien female was arrested inside a vestibule, not in the school.

Upon arrest, she lied about her identity.

The vehicle is registered to in her name, though she claims that she didn’t know the man who was driving her car and just picked him up from a bus stop.

Asst Secretary Trish McLaughlin is playing Whack-A-Mole with sob stories ten times a day.

Lucky for DHS, she's really good at it.

Actually, the whole team's terrific.

...Dennis Orlando Quinonez was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a person previously convicted of domestic violence in violation of 18 USC 922g

Not sure why this is so difficult for you and other reporters to understand. Anyone who assaults or interferes with federal agents will be arrested and charged with a federal crime.

What a shame they don't get any help at all from the people they're protecting.

Then again, they're the kind of people who carry firearms as felons and take one-year-olds along when they go off to chuck rocks at federal officers.
